Konstantin Kozhevnikov is the founder and the President of IRF.

Having a PhD in Economy, Konstantin Kozhevnikov possesses a more than twenty-five-year experience of holding leading positions in Russian state offices, private organisations and international companies.

Namely, Konstantin worked in the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, headed the office of Alexander Livschits who was a prominent Russian statesman and economist, Russian President’s representative in G8, minister of finance and deputy prime minister of Russia. Together they established The Economic Policy Fund, where Konstantin Kozhevnikov held the post of vice-president.

Konstantin also worked for the second largest Russian bank VTB, held the positions of VTB Vice-President, Senior Vice-President and Member of the Management Board, was the Head of the Credit Department and the Non-financial Assets Department, and supervised the Department for Non-Performing Loans, was a chairman and a board member of VTB Group companies and banks.

    The volume of deposits in the Russian banks by the beginning of 2016 will exceed 20 trillion rubles – the Central Bank. Such statement was made by the vice-chairman of Bank of Russia Vasily Pozdyshev on air of Russia 24 TV channel. "I think that by January 1 of the next year the volume of deposits in the Russian banks will exceed 20 trillion rub", - Pozdyshev Told. "Now we have 19 trillion rub of deposits", - he reminded.
